일을 하지 않고 시간을 헛되이 보내거나, 장난을 치며 빈둥거리는 행동을 뜻함.

아주 비격식 표현으로, 친구 사이에서 자주 쓰임. 'daff about/around'는 '빈둥대다', '시간을 낭비하다'와 유사.
