特に目的地もなく、車などでぶらぶら走ること。多くは楽しみのためや周囲を見て回るために使われる。

あくまでカジュアルな表現。'cruise around in a car'のように、車などの乗り物とセットで使う。観光や気晴らしの意味合いが強い。
