銅頭蛇是一種原產於北美的有毒蛇，以其銅色的頭部而聞名。這個詞有時也指反對美國內戰的人，但主要指蛇。

多指北美洲特有的有毒蛇“銅頭蛇”，不是所有頭部呈銅色的蛇都這樣稱呼。歷史上大寫“Copperhead”也指政治羣體，但這個用法較少見，現今主要還是指蛇。
