"Consequent" সাধারণত আনুষ্ঠানিক বা একাডেমিক লেখায় ব্যবহৃত হয়; দৈনন্দিন কথোপকথনে খুব কম ব্যবহার হয়। 'consequent result' বা 'consequent changes' এর মতো শব্দগুচ্ছের সাথে পাওয়া যায়। "consequential" (গুরুত্বপূর্ণ) এর সাথে গুলিয়ে ফেলবেন না।
