Definition
যখন দুই বা ততোধিক নদী বা ধারা একসাথে মিশে যায়, সেই জায়গাকে বলা হয়। এটি ভাবনা, মানুষ বা ঘটনার একত্রিত হওয়ার অর্থেও ব্যবহৃত হয়।
Usage Notes (Bengali)
'সংযোগস্থল' সাধারণত ভূগোলে ব্যবহৃত হয়, আর 'মিলনস্থল' ভাবগত বা সাংস্কৃতিক ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত হয়। 'a confluence of events' মানে বহু ঘটনার সম্মিলন।
