Definition

কাউকে কোনো কিছু করতে বলা বা কোনো প্রশ্নের উত্তর দিতে অনুরোধ করা। এছাড়াও, কাউকে আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে দেখতে যাওয়াও বোঝাতে পারে।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

শিক্ষক-শিক্ষার্থী ক্ষেত্রে ('call on a student') এবং সাহায্য চাওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে ('call on your support') সাধারণ। 'call out' এর সঙ্গে গুলিয়ে ফেলবেন না, কারণ সেটি সমালোচনা বোঝায়।
