“bonk”的過去式。通常指輕輕（幽默地）打在頭上。在運動中，也指因極度疲勞而崩潰。

非正式，常幽默用來描述輕敲（多指頭部, 'He bonked me on the head'）。體育中‘bonked’表示體力透支。不是嚴重傷害。英式英語有時指“性行爲”，但較少見。
