指突然、沒經過思考就說出話來，通常是因為控制不了自己。

一般搭配'blurt out'使用，屬於非正式用法。經常表示說話者說完後會感到後悔或尷尬。多見於坦白、洩密等情境。不要和'burst'或'blur'混淆。
