Perder ou desperdiçar uma oportunidade importante, normalmente por um erro ou má decisão.

Expressão informal, usada maioritariamente na linguagem falada. 'Blow' aqui quer dizer desperdiçar ou estragar. Aparece muito com 'big chance', 'last chance'. Não confundir com soprar.
