Definition
배에서 나온 가스를 입을 통해 소리 내어 내보내는 것. 기계에서 연기나 가스를 강하게 내뿜을 때도 사용한다.

대화체에서 주로 쓰이며, 'burps'가 더 흔하다. 기계나 굴뚝 등에서는 비유적으로 쓴다. 공식적으로는 언급하지 않는 게 좋다.
