用來表示某事從某個時間點開始，或某狀況於特定時間內成立。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

多用於正式或商業場合。常接具體日期（如“as of 5月1日”）。不表示原因。不要與表示持續時間的'since'混淆。
