Definition

アンティパストは、メイン料理の前に出されるイタリア料理の前菜です。生ハムやチーズ、オリーブ、野菜などが盛り合わせになっています。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「アンティパスト」はイタリア料理の前菜を指し、ほかの意味では使われません。単数形で、複数は「アンティパスティ」となります。メニューでは「アンティパスト盛り合わせ」と表記されることが多いです。
