文書や契約書などの末尾に追加で情報や修正事項を記載するためのもの。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
主に法律や専門文書で使われるフォーマルな用語。複数形は“addenda”。“appendix”（付録）とは異なり、内容の修正や情報追加のために使われる。
