Esta expresión se usa cuando estás completamente de acuerdo con lo que alguien acaba de decir, normalmente porque tú también lo has vivido.

Es informal y muy usado en conversaciones diarias. Puede sonar sarcástico si se dice con cierta entonación, especialmente cuando ambos saben muy bien de lo que se habla. Se usa mucho tras quejas o frases obvias.
