किसी किताब, पत्रिका आदि के पन्ने जल्दी-जल्दी पलटना, आम तौर पर कुछ खोजने या सामग्री का सामान्य विचार पाने के लिए, बिना पूरी तरह पढ़े।

Usage Notes (Hindi)

यह एक अनौपचारिक अभिव्यक्ति है, आमतौर पर किताब, पत्रिका, मेन्यू आदि के लिए प्रयोग होती है जहाँ जल्दी-जल्दी पन्ने पलटने का भाव है। डिजिटल कंटेंट के लिए 'scroll' का प्रयोग करें। इसका अर्थ 'flip through' से मिलता-जुलता है।
