重要でないことが多い、小さくて細かい点や細部のこと。複数形で多くの細かい点を指すことが多い。

主にフォーマルな場や学術論文、専門的な話で使われます。「minutiae」が日常的に一般的です。「minute」（時間・形容詞の「小さい」）とは別の単語です。
