Definition

ウイスキーやウォッカなど、蒸留によって作られる強いアルコール飲料。ビールやワインは含まれません。

飲食業や公式の場面で使われる表現です。日常会話では「スピリッツ」という言い方もよく使われます。「リキュール」（甘味のあるお酒）とは異なります。
