Se algo chama logo a sua atenção, é porque é muito visível ou evidente. Usa-se para descrever algo fácil de notar à primeira vista.

Expressão informal, usada sobretudo para coisas imediatamente visíveis, especialmente visualmente (erros, cores, sinais). Usa-se com 'me', 'te', etc.: 'The mistake jumped out at me'. Não se usa para coisas pouco evidentes.
