Se mueve a un ritmo lento y constante, generalmente para hacer ejercicio. Esta forma se usa con 'he', 'she' o 'it' en presente.

'Jogs' solo se usa con sujeto en tercera persona singular en presente ('he jogs', 'she jogs'). A diferencia de 'runs', 'jog' implica correr despacio, por salud o relajación. Usual en frases como 'She jogs every morning.' No se usa para correr rápido.
