誰かが犯罪や悪い状況に関与していることを示す、またはその疑いをもたせること。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
主に法的や公的な場面で使われます。犯罪との関連を示すときによく使います（例：'implicate someone in a crime'）。'involve' より限定的な意味です。受身もよく用いられます。
