Se usa para sugerir que, si una crítica o comentario negativo se aplica a alguien, esa persona debe aceptarlo y no negarlo.

Se usa después de hacer una crítica indirecta; si la persona se siente aludida, debe aceptarlo. La frase no aplica para elogios, sólo para características negativas o críticas. Equivalente a 'el que se lleva, se aguanta' o 'si te queda el saco'. Muy informal.
