“Helpings” 是指在一餐中分給一個人的食物份量，也就是你被盛幾次食物。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

“Helpings” 只用於食物，是可數名詞，指每次拿到的食物份量。常用語有 ‘second helping’（再來一份）。不適用於飲料。
