孫たちは、自分の子どもの子どもを指します。つまり、あなたの子どもが成長して作った家族の子どもが孫です。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

通常は複数形で使います（孫たち）。一人の場合は「孫」。家族の会話でよく使います。
