크루디테는 당근, 셀러리 등 다양한 생야채를 스틱 형태로 썰어 소스와 함께 에피타이저로 내는 음식입니다.

'크루디테'는 프랑스어에서 온 용어로 파티 트레이나 케이터링 등 포멀한 자리에서 많이 쓰입니다. 익힌 야채가 아니라 반드시 생야채만 의미합니다.
