他人と共に違法あるいは道義的に間違った行為に関わっていること。積極的に手伝ったり、止めなかった場合も含みます。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
法律やフォーマルな文脈で使われます。'complicit in 〜'の形でよく出ます。自覚的な関与や見て見ぬふりも含みます。'explicit'（明白な）とは異なります。
