منكسر أو مهروس إلى عدة قطع صغيرة؛ غالباً يُستخدم لوصف نوع من كسور العظام تُصبح فيه العظمة مفتتة إلى عدة شظايا.

غالباً مصطلح طبي أو تقني؛ يُستخدم بالأخص في وصف الكسور المفتتة ('comminuted fracture'). ليس للاستخدام العام عند الحديث عن أشياء يومية.
