Definition

쑥스러움이나 부끄러움, 또는 약간의 흥분으로 얼굴이 붉어지는 것. 화장품의 분홍빛 색조(볼터치)를 뜻하기도 함.

Usage Notes (Korean)

'blush'는 주로 동사로 부끄러움, 수줍음 등 순한 감정에 사용. 명사로는 화장품에서 사용함. '화가 나서'는 적합하지 않음.
