手鐲是一種硬質手環，通常由金屬、塑膠或玻璃製成，佩戴在手腕上，是很多文化常見的裝飾品。

“bangle”專指硬式封閉手鐲，不同於有彈性的鏈條或繩子手鍊。常用於“一組手鐲”。在南亞和中東文化中特別常見。不要與所有手鍊(bracelet)混淆。
