मध्यस्थता एक ऐसी प्रक्रिया है जिसमें एक निष्पक्ष व्यक्ति या समूह अदालत के बाहर दो पक्षों के बीच विवाद का समाधान करने में मदद करता है। मध्यस्थ दोनों पक्षों की बात सुनता है और आमतौर पर उसका निर्णय अंतिम होता है।
