用于表示某人或某物在空间、时间或进展上处于另一个前面。可以指物理位置、时间上的提前或比其它人/物更先进。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Simplified))

日常和正式场合都可以使用，经常与时间、进度或位置连用，如 'ahead of schedule'（提前）、'ahead of everyone'（领先所有人）。‘ahead of’比‘in advance’更常表示位置或相对领先，不直接等同于“提前进行”某事。
