কারো ক্ষতি, ক্ষয়ক্ষতি বা আইনি দায় থেকে রক্ষার জন্য প্রদেয় অর্থ বা গ্যারান্টি; সাধারণত আইন ও বিমা ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত হয়।

মূলত আইনগত বা বিমা বিষয়ক আনুষ্ঠানিক পরিবেশে ব্যবহৃত হয়। 'indemnity clause', 'indemnity প্রদান' ইত্যাদি বাক্যে দেখা যায়। সাধারণ ক্ষতিপূরণের ক্ষেত্রে নয়।
