'ilgi odağı' genellikle sosyal ortamlarda biri dikkatleri çektiğinde kullanılır. Hem olumlu hem olumsuz anlam taşıyabilir. 'olmak', 'haline gelmek' gibi fiillerle sıkça kullanılır.
