Costuma usar-se com verbos como 'feel', 'recommend', 'oppose', 'believe' e 'agree'. 'Strongly' normalmente soa mais formal e enfático do que 'really'. É muito comum em opiniões ('I strongly disagree') e recomendações ('I strongly recommend').
