鋭いもので自分の喉を切ること。自傷行為や自分自身に大きな害を及ぼす行為に使われる。

非常に刺激が強く過激な表現なので、深刻な場面以外では使わないこと。文字通りにも比喩としても使われるが、慎重に使用する必要がある。
