Definition
一度死んだ後に生き返ること。宗教的な文脈や、消えたと思われていた人や物が戻ってくる時にも使われます。

宗教的な文脈や物語、または誰か・何かが予想外に戻ってきた時に比喩的にも使う。日常会話ではあまり字義通りには使わない。例：'Jesus rose from the dead'.
