Definition
Çok salonlu sinema, aynı çatı altında birden fazla salonu olan büyük bir sinemadır. Teknikte ise, birden fazla sinyali tek bir hat üzerinden ileten sistem anlamına gelir.

'Çok salonlu sinema' eğlence alanında sıkça kullanılır. Teknolojide 'multipleks' fiil ya da sıfat olarak yer alabilir ('veri multipleks etmek').
