ある出来事や状態が特定の時点や日付から始まることや有効になることを表す表現です。

ビジネスやフォーマルな場面でよく使われます。通常、「〇月〇日現在」「今現在」のように日時・時間に続いて使います。「since」と混同しないように注意。

As of today, the store opens at 9 a.m.

**本日より**、この店は午前9時に開店します。

Employees will get a raise as of next month.

従業員は**来月から**昇給します。
