Volverse flácido, débil o seco. Generalmente se usa para plantas que pierden agua, pero también para personas que pierden energía o confianza.

'Wilt' se usa más con plantas ('the flowers wilted'), pero también puede describir a personas cuando pierden energía o motivación, en un tono literario o descriptivo. No confundir con 'with' (con).
