끈이나 줄 등으로 단단히 묶어서 움직이지 못하게 하거나, 무언가를 붙잡아 두는 것. 주로 요리 전에 닭고기 등에 사용함.

공식적 또는 문학적 상황에서 주로 사용하며, 요리할 때 ('trussed chicken'은 요리 전에 닭을 단단히 묶은 것) 자주 씁니다. 일반적인 '묶기'와는 구별됩니다. 꽉 묶어 움직이지 못하게 하는 의미가 있습니다.
