सीटी या हॉर्न से तेज़, छोटा आवाज़ निकालना; बोलचाल में, शरीर से गैस छोड़ना (पादना) भी होता है।

'Toot' का पादना वाला अर्थ बहुत अनौपचारिक है, मुख्यतः बच्चों के बीच में। हॉर्न के लिए प्रयुक्त होने पर यह हल्का और मुँहफट लगता है। 'give a toot' का मतलब सिर्फ एक बार हॉर्न बजाना होता है। 'toot your own horn' (डींग मारना) मुहावरा है, अर्थ अलग है।
