"splash" en Bengali
Definición
তরল পদার্থ ছোট ছোট ফোঁটা আকারে ছড়িয়ে পড়া বা ফেলে দেওয়া, অথবা কোনো কিছুর পানিতে পড়ে শব্দ ও ফোঁটা তৈরি হওয়া। এটি উজ্জ্বল রংয়ের হঠাৎ উপস্থিতি বোঝাতেও ব্যবহৃত হয়।

সাধারণত জল বা তরল নিয়ে ব্যবহার হয়। 'a splash of water' মানে অল্প জল ছিটানো, আবার 'kids splash in the pool' মানে বাচ্চারা পানিতে লাফালাফি করছে। রঙের জন্যও ব্যবহার হয়: 'a splash of red' মানে হঠাৎ লাল রঙ দেখা গেল।
