Bir kişinin bir bilgiyi ya da gerçeği bildiğini ifade eden bir fiil formudur; o, o (kadın) veya resmî 'siz' için kullanılır.

'Bilir' yalnızca bilgiyi bilmek anlamındadır, birini tanımak için 'tanır' kullanılır. Sıklıkla sorularda "Bilir misiniz?" şeklinde geçer.

She sabe the answer to the question.
