本物のように見せかけて実際は偽物やそれらしく見せていることを表す言葉。多くは単語の前に付けて使います。

主に接頭語（例：「疑似科学」「似非哲学」）として使われ、否定的・批判的なニュアンスがあります。単独ではあまり使いません。
