নেমপ্লেট হচ্ছে একটি ছোট সাইন বা পাত, যেখানে কারো নাম, পদবি বা তথ্য লেখা থাকে এবং সাধারণত দরজা, ডেস্ক বা যন্ত্রের উপর লাগানো হয়।
