'Merry' শব্দের তুলনামূলক রূপ, যার অর্থ আরও বেশি আনন্দিত, খুশিমনে বা উচ্ছ্বসিত। প্রায়ই বাক্যাংশ 'the more, the merrier'-এ ব্যবহার হয়, অর্থাৎ বেশি লোক বা জিনিস থাকলে মজা আরও বাড়ে।
