Parar de fazer algo ou interromper num certo ponto, pensando em continuar depois.

Expressão algo informal, usada para paragens ou tarefas não concluídas. Muito comum: 'continuar onde ficou' (pick up where you left off). Não confundir com 'leave out' (omitir). Bastante usada em leituras, tarefas ou conversas.
