何かが流行しているというのは、今現在人気があり、スタイリッシュであることを意味します。特に服や流行、考え方などについて使います。

主に服について使われますが、他にも流行している物事全般に使えます。「in style」「trendy」と同じ意味です。反対語は「out of fashion」です。「is」「was」などの動詞とよく一緒に使われます。
