暴力的で破壊的な行動をとる若者、特に集団でスポーツイベントや公共の場で騒ぐ人を指します。

主にスポーツの乱暴なファン（特に“football hooligan”）を指します。普通のいたずらっ子には使いません。否定的な意味合いが強いです。
