जब किसी चीज़ का बर्फ या ठंडक गर्म करके हटा दी जाती है तो उसे डीफ्रॉस्ट किया हुआ कहते हैं। सबसे ज़्यादा खाने-पीने की चीज़ों या फ्रीज़र में प्रयोग होता है।
