通常因為對方更有經驗或權威，服從或聽從他人的決定、意見或願望。

偏正式用語，多見於正式或商務場合，常與“someone”或“someone's judgment”連用，表示對權威或經驗的尊重。不要和“submit”混淆，後者語氣更強烈。

I defer to your experience in this matter.
